Renewal options
You may renew your membership:
Renewing online
Renew your membership online by paying your renewal fee by Interac e-Transfer and submitting your renewal form by email.
Step 1: Make your payment
Send your payment by Interac e-Transfer to treasurer@onno.ca. In the message, Include your name, membership number, purpose of the payment (membership renewal fee), and email address. (If your financial institution does not allow messages — or restricts the length of messages — send this information in a separate email to treasurer@onno.ca)
If asked to enter a security question and response, use Dress Code as the security question and BARE as the security response.
Step 2: Submit your renewal form
Download a Membership Renewal Form. The form is in fillable PDF format and, to ensure legibility, we strongly encourage you to fill the form electronically. If you do not have the necessary PDF software, you can download the free Adobe Reader.
Note: You will likely need to download the form to a PC and fill it out using a standalone PDF Reader or Editor app. We are aware that the form does not work in most PDF apps on Android phones and tablets nor in most PDF browser extensions on PCs. We have not tested it on Apple devices.
A digital signature is not required. Simply type your name in the signature field.
If you do not know your ON/NO membership number, contact membership@onno.ca for assistance.
Save the form and send it as an email attachment to membership@onno.ca.
Your new membership card and payment receipt will be available for pick up at a future swim or meeting.
Renewing in person or by mail
Download and fill in a Membership Renewal Form, print it, sign it and submit it together with your payment in person at a swim, the annual BBQ or other designated event or by mail to the address on the form.
