4 January 2025Yoga and sports are offered as supplementary activities to the swim.
Yoga
Time: The yoga class runs from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
Fee: $15 per participant in addition to the swim fee
Payment: cash (exact change appreciated) or debit at the door or prepayment by Interac e-Transfer to treasurer@onno.ca
Entry: For yoga, doors open at 6:15 pm and close at 6:25 pm
Sports
Time: The gymnasium is available from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Fee: no additional fee (included with swim fee)
Entry: For sports, doors open at 6:15 pm and close at 7:45 pm

Regular swim for ON/NO members and their sponsored guests. ON/NO also welcomes members of other naturist clubs and organizations with whom we have reciprocal arrangements. For information on how to become a member of ON/NO, see Membership in ON/NO.
Amenities: This venue offers a salt water pool, a hot tub, two saunas, two steam rooms, a yoga studio and a gymnasium.
Ancillary activities: There will be yoga from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the gym will be available for sports activities from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (see separate calendar entry for information pertaining specifically to yoga and sports).
Swim fee: $10 per adult, free for children 17 years of age and younger
Gym fee: No additional charge
Yoga fee: $15 per participant in addition to the swim fee

16 January 2025Meetings of the ON/NO Board of Directors are held in September, November, January, March and May. At the current time, these meetings are conducted via Zoom video conference.
Note to prospective members:
As ON/NO is not holding in-person meetings at the present time, the information sessions for non-members which customarily accompany such meetings are also not taking place. Anyone wishing to obtain information about ON/NO membership should visit the Membership page on the ON/NO website or contact our Membership Director at membership@onno.ca.

Amenities: This venue offers a 25 metre pool, a children’s wading pool and a therapeutic whirlpool.
Fee: $10 per adult, free for children 17 years of age and younger
Payment: cash or debit at the door
Entry: Doors open at 6:30 pm and are closed and locked at 7:15 pm after which time you will not be able to enter.
Volunteers are needed to help put up and take down the curtains. If you are available, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the swim and/or be able to stay 15 minutes afterward. Many thanks!
